Meet Shauna

I’m Shauna and planning isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.

I’ve been surrounded by events for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my dad worked as a party DJ and MC, and I was often right there with him during the setup, getting a glimpse behind the scenes before the music started and the guests arrived. That early exposure sparked something in me, and from then on, any chance to organise, plan, or bring people together quickly became a lifelong passion for creating memorable experiences.

That passion led me to study Event Management at university and build a career spanning more than 10 years across Event, Marketing, and Communications agencies, working with global brands in technology, retail, and pharmaceuticals. Much of this work is protected by NDA and confidentiality agreements, reflecting the trust placed in my role. In 2022, while completing my teacher training, starting my first teaching role, and planning my own wedding, I proved what I’ve always known about myself… I thrive when juggling multiple moving parts. It’s also why I’m so passionate about supporting busy couples. I understand first-hand how full life can feel and how quickly planning can become overwhelming when you’re balancing work, responsibilities, and everyday life. My brain is wired to organise, prioritise, and keep everything moving at the right time, so I can take that pressure off your shoulders and turn the process into something calm, manageable, and even enjoyable. Now, alongside running my planning business, I work as an FE Lecturer in Business, where I’ve strengthened my organisation, leadership, and ability to guide people through big milestones with clarity, calm, and confidence.

As a Manchester and Cheshire-based Wedding Planner and Event Coordinator, covering weddings and events across the UK, my purpose is simple: to bring calm to the chaos of event planning. I specialise in stress free planning, and clients come to me for my straight talking honesty and well organised approach .
