With more than a decade of experience producing events and experiences, I understand how important it is for couples to feel supported, informed and confident throughout the planning process. To provide clarity from the outset, I’ve created a range of wedding planning packages that outline the different levels of support available and what each includes. While these packages offer transparency and structure, every couple and every celebration is unique, so I’m always happy to tailor the approach to suit your plans, priorities and vision for the day. Wedding planning packages
This is for couples who have planned their day, but need me to bring it all together on the day so you can be fully present and enjoy your wedding!
The Wedding Day package ensures your wedding flows seamlessly, with every detail handled behind the scenes.
Around a month before your wedding, we will have a comprehensive handover meeting, where you will share all the details of your day with me.
I will put together a bespoke wedding day timeline and flow, ensuring that nothing has been missed and you know everything is in hand.
All supplier communication will all be managed by me from this point onward, including the final confirmations 2-4 weeks before and onsite management.
You will have me there for 10 hours of support on the day, as your dedicated wedding day coordinator.
I will be there to guide and manage all the setup (including styling, décor, details),
I will be there on behalf of you, a dedicated wedding best friend, that is calm, focused and there to problem-solve any hiccups throughout, so you can immerse yourself in your day.
£1200 investment
This is for couples who want to stay involved but need an extra pair of hands to guide them through the process.
I will help refine your vision, connect you with the right suppliers, and keep everything on track, ensuring you can still enjoy your wedding planning era.
Everything in The Wedding Day Package, plus:
An initial meeting to see where I can help.
4 planning meetings throughout the process.
Budget guidance shared with you, to help you keep tracks of costs and oversee payment deadlines.
Supplier recommendations & sourcing.
Design direction (aesthetic and styling guidance will be shared based on your chosen colour palette).

£2400 investment
This is for couples who need me to step in and take over the planning and design, to create a completely seamless experience from start to finish.
I design, plan, and manage every detail, so you have peace of mind and can enjoy getting married.
Everything in The Wedding Day Package, plus:
Full planning from the beginning of the planning process to the end of your wedding day.
I will help source, book and manage your venue; Research & shortlist of 4-6 suitable venues, Availability checks & price comparisons, Arranging and coordinating viewings to 2-3 shortlisted venues if desired, Contract guidance (non-legal), Assistance with securing the final venue.
I will source and book all your suppliers and manage them on your wedding day.
I will help you manage your wedding budget; Based on your finances, I will create a budget and track this with you and have oversight of payment deadlines.
I will work with you to create bespoke aesthetic and styling guidance for your day; create mood board & colour palette (2 options), styling concept for ceremony & reception for final option choice, supplier recommendations and booked on your behalf, layout & Set up guidance, then followed through on the day.
Manage your guest journey, from invite to the day; assist you in the set up of a digital RSVP system and email inbox, RSVP Management, centralise guest information, seating and logistics, follow ups and finalise numbers.
Wedding stationery and signage design; save the date design, invitation suite design (invite, RSVP, details), wedding website wording support, on the day signage (Welcome sign, seating chart, menus, table numbers), print ready/digital files or printer coordination* (*this does not include printing costs).
We will have regular catch-ups and ongoing support and advice throughout the process.
You will have me there all day on your wedding day, as your dedicated wedding day coordinator.

I know that not all wedding planning looks the same, that’s why I have created a list of additional wedding planning services. These services can be booked on their own, a few together or as an optional extra to one of the three wedding planning packages listed above.
